For a pump manufacturer, performance verification at the end of the manufacturing line.
The pump to be feature is installed on a test bench equipped with a motor driving the pump via a torque meter.
The flow rate of the pump is checked with a flow meter.
A torque meter is mechanically connected to the pump/motor by couplings to compensate for misalignments. This torque meter, equipped with a pulse output speed measurement, allows to check the motor/pump driving torque.
These 3 signals (torque, speed, flow) are connected to the SI-USB3 data acquisition system, which allows that the measured values are displayed and recorded.
